We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. You tell me... I bought this to replace an old transformer for a set of accent lights. I isntalled it, worked fine, and after two weeks it went out. The tester tells me it's fried. I bought another one from another company and it's been working fine for 2 months. Only possible consequence is to prevent me from buying again from CSN lighting.
